Part Time HHA Flexible shifts
About The Position
We are seeking part-time caregivers to join our team working with clients 1 on 1 in their own homes, assisting with daily living activities, meal prep, light housekeeping and companionship. We offer flexible scheduling to work around your lifestyle and prior commitments. Our high needs are early morning, after 4pm, and weekends. Requirements
- A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
- Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
- Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.
- Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients.
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
- Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs.
- Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.
