About The Position
EmmUcare Home Health is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical, one-on-one support to clients in their homes. The role helps clients remain comfortable, supported, safe, and independent, while respecting their needs, preferences, routines, and privacy. Caregivers follow each client’s care plan and receive onboarding guidance, training, and support from the office team. Previous caregiving experience is welcome but not required. The position offers flexible scheduling based on caregiver and client availability, with assignments discussed with the team. Starting pay is $11–$13 per hour, depending on the assignment and approved offer, with biweekly pay. Requirements

- Dependability and clear communication with clients and the office team.
- Ability to perform assigned care duties safely, with training and support.

- Ability to use a smartphone for timekeeping.

Responsibilities
- Follow each client’s care plan.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Support toileting and incontinence care while preserving client dignity.
- Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
- Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
- Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
- Report changes in a client’s condition or needs to the office.
- Record completed care tasks and clock in and out using the electronic visit verification system.
