About The Position
BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, or experienced Caregivers for high-paying, Part Time and Full Time hours on the North Shore. Requirements
- Active Massachusetts CNA license OR verifiable HHA/PCA training/caregiving experience.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a compassionate heart.
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of experience in home care, assisted living, or a hospital setting preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Assist RNs with monitoring client wellness, basic assessments, and care plan updates.
- Offer warm companionship, meal prep, and light housekeeping to help clients live safely at home.
