We are currently recruiting for a Home Health Aide ( HHA ) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to reliably serve patients in the following locations: Tampa, Carrollwood, Brandon, Sun City Center, Riverview, Plant City, and more! Requirements
- Minimum one year work experience
- Current HHA - Home Health Aide certificate (at least 40-hour course) OR CNA License OR 1-year of hands on experience working as a caregiver or Home Health Aide (HHA)
- BLS Certified CPR (must be American Red Cross, American Heart Association, HSI, or American Healthcare Academy)
- Level II Background Check (Information regarding the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse can be found at https://info.flclearinghouse.com/)
Responsibilities
- Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, you'll provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
- Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
- Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.
- Meal preparation and feeding
- Range of motion/exercises
- Assisting with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)
- Medication reminders
