About The Position
Home Health Aide (HHA) - Home Care. BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for HHA - Home Health Aides to care for our clients. As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. We have current job openings for HHAs – Home Health Aides in various locations within Morris, Sussex, and Warren County. We also offer Home Health Aide Certification Classes! BAYADA is celebrating 50 years of compassion, excellence, and reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum one year work references in any type of field.
- Current HHA - Home Health Aide license listed in good standing with the NJ Board of Nursing
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must be authorized to work in the US

Responsibilities
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Bathing
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
