About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team and support clients with their daily needs in a one-on-one environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to add consistent hours to your schedule. Pay: $17.00/hr (Bi-weekly pay + daily access to earnings via the Tapcheck app!). In accordance with Florida law, applicants for this position are required to complete background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Requirements

• HHA certification or CNA license (required).
• CPR or BLS certification (required).
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes (required).
• Kind, compassionate, and patient.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and help clients feel comfortable.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
• Caregiving experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with personal care (not limited to bathing, grooming, dressing, etc).
• Light housekeeping.
• Companionship and conversation.
• Meal prep and feeding support.
• Medication reminders.
