Affirmed Home Care, a premier concierge home care agency in New York, is seeking experienced Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for per diem opportunities in Bedford and the surrounding Northern Westchester region. Requirements

• Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
• Minimum 1 year of professional HHA experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON test within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
• MMR immunization within the past 10 years

Nice To Haves

• Driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance
• Offer medication reminders as directed
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients
