About The Position
Home Health Aide (HHA) – Hands-On Daily Living Support. This is a part-time position with flexible shift options available in Charlotte. The role involves providing respectful assistance with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and safe transfers. Responsibilities also include preparing nutritious meals, monitoring hydration, handling light housekeeping, laundry, and fall-prevention checks. Additionally, the role involves offering meaningful companionship through conversation and games, escorting clients to outings, and running errands or providing transportation to appointments and grocery shopping.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
- Friendly, clear communicator who respects client dignity and confidentiality.
- Dependable & detail-oriented— notice & report small changes that make a big difference.
Nice To Haves
- Professional experience as a PCA, caregiver, HHA, a CNA is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities

- Cook simple, balanced meals; monitor hydration.
