About The Position
MAS Home Care is seeking a Spanish-speaking Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personalized care to clients in or near Attleboro, Massachusetts. This part-time role focuses on assisting seniors with daily living activities, promoting their independence, and ensuring their safety. MAS Home Care is a large, full-service home care staffing agency that offers strong support to its caregivers, with a dedicated team available by phone and a streamlined credentialing process. They emphasize a team approach, working collaboratively with patients, families, and the nursing team to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements
- Must have active HHA certification in the state of MA to be considered for this role
- Spanish-speaking
- Availability 7 am-5 pm Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday
- Must have a desire to help others
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean driving record and background check
- COVID with BOOSTER and Flu vaccinations are mandatory per State regulations

Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to patients as directed.
- Collaborate with the nursing team, patients, and families to provide total care.
- Promote client independence.
- Provide daily living support including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Demonstrate competency in carrying out patient care/treatments.
