About The Position

We’re looking for one to two part‑time caregivers in the Maplewood/St. Paul area who can support clients with higher‑level cares and ADLs. Our most in‑demand shifts run from 10 a.m.–6 p.m., 10 a.m.–2 p.m., and 9 p.m.–12 a.m., offering a mix of daytime and late‑evening opportunities. Spanish‑speaking caregivers—or those comfortable working with Spanish‑speaking clients—are strongly encouraged to apply, as several clients benefit from bilingual support. Requirements

A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.
Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.

Spanish-speaking caregivers or those comfortable working with Spanish-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients.
Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs.
Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.
