Requirements

Required certification must be obtained prior to onboarding/interview
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable using a mobile device for documentation
Ability to successfully pass a background check prior to employment

Nice To Haves

Previous caregiving experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Providing personal care and mobility assistance as appropriate
Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
Running errands and assisting with grocery shopping or appointments, as needed
Observing and reporting changes in clients' health or condition
Completing required documentation using a mobile device
Building meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their families
Maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
