Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication and monitor health status as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with meal preparation and planning nutritious diets.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document and report any changes in client condition to the care team.
- Support mobility and physical activities to enhance client independence.
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed.
