About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is actively seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) and Home Health Aides (HHA's) to join their growing team throughout Cape Cod. They serve clients in Falmouth, Mashpee, Sandwich, Barnstable, Yarmouth, Dennis, Brewster, Orleans, Harwich, Chatham, Eastham, Wellfleet, and Truro. The agency provides support, training, and flexibility for both experienced caregivers and those looking to start a career in home care. Requirements
- CNA or HHA certification preferred
- No experience required - training available
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Reliable transportation required
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
- Support mobility, transfers, and safety awareness
- Prepare meals and assist with nutrition
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping and household tasks
- Assist with errands and grocery shopping
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
