About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking experienced Nurses Aides or Certified Nurse Aides to provide visits to senior living clients throughout Londonderry and Salem, New Hampshire. Home Health Aides are integral members of a multidisciplinary health care team providing home health aide, skilled nursing, and rehabilitative care so clients can receive the care they need to remain at home. The role offers flexible scheduling and a 1:1 patient ratio. Applicants must have access to reliable transportation.

Requirements

At least one year of work experience.
Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English.
Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
Complete a criminal background check.
Meet all state requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living.
Perform light housekeeping.
Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
Provide range-of-motion exercises.
Assist with transfers and use mechanical lifting devices.
Assist with oral feeding and ambulation.
Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
Provide medication assistance.
