Requirements
- Active Indiana Home Health Aide License
- CPR Certification
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
- Ability to assist clients with mobility and daily living activities
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship
- Support client mobility and safety
- Document and communicate changes in care
