About The Position
Sentara Home Care is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Home Health Aide. Home Health Aides will perform basic and routine patient care, such as personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and feeding, intake/output, ambulation, and assisting patients with transfer from/to bed, toilet and other areas of the home. Mileage reimbursement is offered for miles driven between patient visits. Must have personal vehicle and valid Driver's License.
Requirements
- CNA or Nurse Aide Certificate from accredited program (required)
- BLS (Required within 90 days)
- Must have personal vehicle and valid Driver's License.
