We are currently hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our Nursing team and provide compassionate, high-quality personal care and delegated nursing services to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Requirements

At least 18 years old
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Nice To Haves

HHA certification in Minnesota
Experience working with older adults in hospital, nursing home, or home care settings
Prior medication administration experience

Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal care: dressing, grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, and applying lotions
Provide toileting assistance and incontinence care
Support ambulation, transfers, and repositioning using assistive devices and safe body mechanics
Offer assistance with hearing aids, glasses, and sensory devices
Provide medication reminders, assistance, or administration as delegated by an RN
Assist with blood glucose monitoring and insulin injections (delegated by RN)
Prepare meals per dietary plans and provide feeding support when needed
Record and report vital signs and resident concerns promptly
Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities
Use dementia care techniques including validation and redirection
Assist with treatments as delegated by RNs or licensed therapists
Maintain household cleanliness: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry
Ensure proper organization and stocking of medical and household supplies
