About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide (HHA) to assist Elderly Clients. Requirements
- Bilingual in both English and Arabic is crucial.
- A valid HHA or CNA certification is mandatory.
- If hired without certification, you must complete company-provided HHA training and obtain certification.
- A strong sense of empathy, patience, and problem-solving ability.
Responsibilities
- Providing supervision and hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, and other essential hygiene tasks.
- Encouraging adherence to prescribed exercise programs, including range of motion exercises and walking.
- Assisting clients in transferring from bed to chair and ensuring proper repositioning as per their care plans.
- Addressing pressure point care with integrity and safety.
- Preparing meals that meet specific dietary needs.
- Reminding clients about their medications.
- Providing continence care.
- Housekeeping responsibilities to ensure a clean and safe environment, encompassing tasks such as laundry, trash removal, and grocery shopping.
