Requirements

Bilingual in both English and Arabic is crucial.
A valid HHA or CNA certification is mandatory.
If hired without certification, must complete company-provided HHA training and obtain certification.
A strong sense of empathy, patience, and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

Providing supervision and hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, and other essential hygiene tasks.
Promoting mobility by encouraging adherence to prescribed exercise programs, including range of motion exercises and walking.
Assisting clients in transferring from bed to chair.
Ensuring clients receive proper repositioning as per their care plans, addressing pressure point care with integrity and safety.
Preparing meals that meet specific dietary needs.
Reminding clients about their medications.
Providing continence care.
Performing housekeeping responsibilities to ensure a clean and safe environment, including laundry, trash removal, and grocery shopping.
