About The Position
At Access To Home Care Services, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional caregivers. We're growing our team and are looking for compassionate and reliable Personal Care Aides (PCA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one-on-one care for clients in their homes throughout Syracuse and the surrounding communities. Whether you're an experienced caregiver or just beginning your career in home care, we'll provide the paid training, support, and flexibility you need to succeed.
Requirements
- Current PCA or HHA certification
- At least 18 years of age
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Helping with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Preparing meals and providing medication reminders
- Performing light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and general tidying
- Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
