About The Position

Alvita Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs) or Personal Care Aides (PCAs) for a male client in Great Neck and surrounding Nassau County communities. This role is ideal for certified caregivers looking for consistent work with a mission-driven agency. All clients are private-pay, and Alvita Care specializes in various in-home care services, holding The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval.

Requirements

• Valid NYS Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certificate required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable, professional, and patient-centered.
• Discreet and professional in all communications.
• Updated medicals/vaccinations (or willing to obtain).
• Completed drug screen or Habituation Form.
• Must complete Alvita Care onboarding to accept cases.

Nice To Haves

• Drivers Preferred
• Own reliable transportation and valid driver's license a plus.

Responsibilities
