Requirements
- HHA or CNA Certification required.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Providing supervision and hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, and other essential hygiene tasks.
- Promoting mobility by encouraging clients to adhere to their prescribed exercise programs, including range of motion exercises and walking.
- Assisting in transferring clients from bed to chair, turning and repositioning them as per their care plans, and addressing pressure point care.
- Preparing meals that meet specific dietary needs.
- Reminding clients about their medications.
- Providing continence care.
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment through housekeeping responsibilities, encompassing tasks such as laundry, trash removal, and grocery shopping.
