About The Position

Right at Home of Salt Lake is seeking caring individuals to join their team as caregivers. They are dedicated to supporting seniors and adults with disabilities, helping them live safely and comfortably in their own homes. They currently have part-time openings on weekdays and weekends for caregivers who are ready to bring comfort, dignity, and companionship to those who need it most.

Requirements

18 years or older
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check
Experience with dementia and behavioral care

Nice To Haves

Experience using a hoyer lift and gait belt

Responsibilities

Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with personal hygiene and mobility
Preparing healthy meals and maintaining a safe home environment
Offering transportation to appointments or outings
Giving timely medication reminders

Benefits

Competitive pay: $16.75–$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $16.75/hour
Raises after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours
Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart)
