About The Position

All Tennessee CareGivers is seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes. The role includes helping clients with daily activities, providing light housekeeping and meal preparation, maintaining care records, and working with other team members to support continuity of care. The caregiver must be available during mornings and early afternoon hours and live within 30 minutes of the hiring location.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide light housekeeping, keeping the client's living area clean and organized.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to the client's dietary needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
• Report changes in the client's condition to appropriate team members.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
