About The Position
Village Caregiving is seeking reliable and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide personalized in-home care to clients in the Napoleon, Ohio area. In this role, you will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent while living in their own homes.
Requirements
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state of Ohio
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow individualized care plans to ensure quality care
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
