About The Position

Concierge Care is expanding its home care services in the Palatka area and is seeking qualified Florida CNAs and Certified HHAs. This role offers flexible PRN (as needed) opportunities for caregivers to take on current and upcoming client assignments. Caregivers can choose from various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights. The position involves one-on-one client care with opportunities for both long-term and recurring assignments. This is an excellent chance for caregivers who desire flexibility and the ability to secure consistent hours as client needs grow.

Requirements

Active Florida CNA license OR a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school.
Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
CPR certification.
Social Security card.
A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating freedom from communicable diseases.
Completed CEUs: 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication.
Required dementia training through Elder Affairs.
Authorization for a comprehensive background review, which may include civil and criminal history records, driving records, birth records, and other public records.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working as an HHA (note: prior experience alone does not qualify without the required HHA certification).

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one client care in home settings.
Adapt to various shift schedules including weekdays, weekends, mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights.
Manage both short-term and extended assignments.
Pick up recurring weekly client hours as needs increase.
