About The Position

Woodbury Estates and Woodbury Villa, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Home Health Aide, HHA, CNA, & Caregiver to join their growing team. They have been helping seniors Age Magnificently for over 25 years in gorgeous apartment-style communities providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The role involves providing support to residents with personal care services, including assisting with activities of daily living, engaging residents in meaningful conversations, and assisting with medication administration. The company emphasizes treating each resident with respect and dignity, recognizing individual needs, and encouraging independence.

Requirements

Strong interest in healthcare.
Positive, compassionate attitude.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Full-time PM Shift (2:30p-10:30p), every other weekend required.
Full-time or Part-time NOC Shift (10:30p-6:30a), every other weekend required.
On-call - 4 days required per month, 2 of which must be weekend shifts.

Nice To Haves

Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to all genders of residents.
Recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
