Requirements

• Must be 19+
• Have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass comprehensive background checks
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Empathetic, kind-hearted, dependable, and strictly on time.
• Possess the ability to use sound judgment and remain calm in a variety of situations.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with Alzheimer's or Dementia care is a major plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide dignified personal care and assist clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and incontinence care.
• Administer timely medication management, prepare nutritious meals, and assist with meal prep.
• Provide safe transportation to and from appointments and local errands as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment through light housekeeping tasks.
• Document client needs accurately and proactively communicate any changes in physical or cognitive condition.
