Requirements

Must be 19+
Have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
Ability to pass comprehensive background checks
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Empathetic, kind-hearted, dependable, and strictly on time.
Ability to use sound judgment and remain calm in a variety of situations.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience with Alzheimer's or Dementia care is a major plus!

Responsibilities

Provide dignified personal care and assist clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and incontinence care.
Administer timely medication management, prepare nutritious meals, and assist with meal prep.
Provide safe transportation to and from appointments and local errands as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment through light housekeeping tasks.
Document client needs accurately and proactively communicate any changes in physical or cognitive condition.
