BrightStar Care is seeking an experienced, mature, and self-motivated individual to fill a dual role as a Home Health Aide and Customer Service Representative. This position involves both personal care and support work in the field, as well as staffing and recruiting duties in the office. The primary focus will be on office responsibilities, with the flexibility to cover field shifts when necessary. The role offers opportunities for growth within the company and the chance to develop vital programs for BrightStar Care. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), able to quickly learn and master BrightStar's software system, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be capable of recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff. Scheduling medical staff for home care visits and completing general clerical duties in a timely manner are also key aspects of this position.
