About The Position

BrightStar Care is seeking an experienced, mature, and self-motivated individual to fill a dual role as a Home Health Aide and Customer Service Representative. The primary focus of this position will be office duties, including staffing, recruiting, and administrative tasks, with the flexibility to fill in for field shifts as needed. This role offers opportunities for growth within the company, allowing the individual to contribute to building vital programs. The position requires proficiency in digital software, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, and the ability to learn and master BrightStar's proprietary software system. Key responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, hiring medical staff, scheduling home care visits, and performing general clerical duties.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's license
  • Current Auto Insurance
  • Must live within a 15-minute commute to Papermill Drive, Knoxville, 37919
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Minimum of 1 year of home care experience (office and/or field work)
  • Ability to work in a team setting and independently
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good speaking skills
  • Proficiency with computers and smart-phone skills
  • Computer efficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to learn and master BrightStar's software system
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve

Responsibilities
