About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care has a need for Home Health Aides and CNAs to care for our clients in their neighborhoods. We are seeking compassionate and dependable HHAs and CNAs with experience caring for clients with dementia to join our growing team. We have current job openings in various locations including Bradenton, Ellenton, Palmetto, Parrish, Lakewood Ranch, West Bradenton, South Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach, Longboat Key, Sun City, and Myakka City.

Requirements

Minimum one year work experience
Current HHA - Home Health Aide or CNA License OR 1 year of verifiable, hands-on experience working as a caregiver
BLS Certified CPR- must have in-person hands on component
Level II Background Check

Responsibilities

Activities of daily living
Light housekeeping

Nail care
Range of motion / exercises
Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
Oral feeding
Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
Assisting with ambulation
