About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers for HHA and CNA positions throughout the greater Springfield area. Whether you already have caregiving experience or are ready to begin a new career, we can help you succeed. No experience or certification is required for qualified applicants-we provide free HHA training and certification. As an HHA or CNA, you will provide one-on-one support that helps seniors and adults with disabilities remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.

Requirements

• A commitment to safe, high-quality care

Nice To Haves

• Already certified as an HHA or CNA

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal-care needs
• Helping clients move safely and comfortably
• Preparing simple meals and supporting healthy routines
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Helping with grocery shopping and other errands
• Completing light housekeeping, such as laundry, sweeping, vacuuming, and tidying
• Observing clients and reporting changes in their condition
• Responding responsibly and calmly in emergency situations
