About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for HHA/CNA - Home Health Aides/CNA's to care for our clients. As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. BAYADA has an urgent opening for a Home Health Aide (HHA)/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Bradenton, FL. 12-hour shifts, 8am-8pm and overnights 8p-8a. Dementia experience preferred. Available to start ASAP. Requirements

Minimum one year work experience
Current HHA - Home Health Aide or CNA License OR 1 year of verifiable, hands-on experience working as a caregiver
BLS Certified
CPR
Level II Background Check

Responsibilities

Activities of daily living
Light housekeeping
Bathing
Grooming
Toileting
Nail care
Range of motion / exercises
Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
Oral feeding
Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
Assisting with ambulation
Medication assistance
Transportation
