About The Position

Concierge Care is expanding in the Palatka area and is seeking qualified Florida CNAs and Certified HHAs to join their home care team. They are recruiting for current and upcoming PRN client assignments, offering flexibility and the ability to pick up recurring hours as client needs grow. The role involves one-on-one client care with opportunities for long-term and recurring assignments. The company provides support from their office and scheduling team, and no personal liability insurance is required.

Requirements

Active Florida CNA license OR a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school.
Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
CPR certification.
Social Security card.
A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating freedom from communicable diseases.
Completed CEUs: 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication.
Required dementia training through Elder Affairs.
Authorization for a comprehensive background review, including civil and criminal history records, driving records, birth records, and any other public records.

Responsibilities

Provide home care services to clients.
Offer one-on-one client care.
Adapt to various shift types including weekday, weekend, morning, daytime, afternoon, evening, and overnight assignments.
Manage recurring weekly clients and both short and extended shifts.
Potentially add additional hours as client needs increase.
