About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking Certified or trainable Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide skilled and steady care to clients in the Waltham area. We are looking for individuals who can offer more than just companionship, but also possess the knowledge and skills to effectively assist clients with their daily needs. For those not yet certified, we offer free HHA training to help you get started in this rewarding career.
Requirements
- HHA or CNA certification preferred (or willingness to train)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills and a steady, calm presence
- Comfortable following care plans and health and safety protocols
Responsibilities
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Supporting mobility, transfers, and safe movement around the home.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in a client's condition.
- Providing medication reminders.
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Providing companionship.
