About The Position

Concierge Care is seeking licensed Florida CNAs or Certified HHAs for immediate home care opportunities throughout Palm Coast and neighboring communities. We connect qualified caregivers with clients needing one-on-one support in their homes. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate various availability, from one day a week to a full schedule. We have multiple client assignments available, including early morning, daytime, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts, as well as weekday and weekend availability. We also have ongoing PRN opportunities and extended-hour clients, with higher-hour assignments available where applicable.

Requirements

Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify).
Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
CPR certification.
Social Security card.
A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases.
Completed CEUs: 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication.
Required dementia training through Elder Affairs.
Authorization for a comprehensive background review, including civil and criminal history records, driving records, birth records, and any other public records.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes.
Offer care during various shifts including early morning, daytime, afternoon, evening, and overnight.
Accommodate weekday and weekend schedules.
Fulfill ongoing PRN opportunities.
Provide care for extended-hour clients and higher-hour assignments.
