About The Position

More families are choosing to receive care at home, and Concierge Care is looking for qualified caregivers to help meet that growing need. We are seeking Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) who enjoy providing compassionate, one-on-one care in clients' homes. Our scheduling team is currently filling multiple client openings throughout the Jacksonville area. Whether you're available for a few shifts each week or looking to build a fuller schedule, we have a variety of opportunities available.

Requirements

• Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify)
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• CPR certification
• Social Security card
• A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases
• Completed CEUs: 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication
• Required dementia training through Elder Affairs
• Authorization for a comprehensive review of your background for contracting purposes, which may include civil and criminal history records, driving records, birth records, and any other public records.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate, one-on-one care in clients' homes.
