About The Position

MN Signature Care is seeking to hire a full-time and part-time Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate long-term care for our elderly assisted living residents. We are looking for a travel HHA/CNA to work at different communities and different shifts throughout the state of Minnesota. MN Signature Care Living was founded with the idea that quality long-term care can be found close to home. Requirements

  • No experience necessary paid training provided.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
  • Ability to be away from home a week at a time.
  • Can you work well independently and in a team environment?
  • Do you have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively?

  • Experience working in a long-term care setting is favored.

Responsibilities

  • Assist our senior/elderly residents stay close to home and live with independence and dignity.
  • Provide medication reminders or assist with meals, light housekeeping, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, errands, and appointments.
  • Provide companionship and socialization, as you support them in visiting with friends, attending events, or working on hobbies.
  • Make sure that they are mentally stimulated, physically active, and well-nourished, encouraging independence and promoting family involvement as much as possible.
  • Report any changes or concerns promptly.
  • Assist the licensed nurse in the delivery of resident care.
  • Provide medically oriented task(s) to maintain health or to facilitate treatment of an illness or injury provided in a person's place of residence.
