About The Position

MN Signature Care is seeking to hire a full-time and part-time Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate long-term care for our elderly assisted living residents. We are looking for a travel HHA/CNA to work at different communities and different shifts throughout the state of Minnesota. MN Signature Care Living was founded with the idea that quality long-term care can be found close to home. Requirements

No experience necessary paid training provided.
Ability to pass a background check.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
Ability to be away from home a week at a time.
Can you work well independently and in a team environment?

Responsibilities

Assist our senior/elderly residents stay close to home and live with independence and dignity.
Provide medication reminders or assist with meals, light housekeeping, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, errands, and appointments.
Provide companionship and socialization, as you support them in visiting with friends, attending events, or working on hobbies.
Make sure that they are mentally stimulated, physically active, and well-nourished, encouraging independence and promoting family involvement as much as possible.
Report any changes or concerns promptly.
Assist the licensed nurse in the delivery of resident care.
Provide medically oriented task(s) to maintain health or to facilitate treatment of an illness or injury provided in a person's place of residence.
