About The Position

Right at Home in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky is a leading, national in-home care company that fosters a culture of teamwork, trust and support. We are expanding into the Dayton area and are looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers to join our team as we begin serving new clients and families throughout the community! This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of our Dayton expansion and help us build something special. Whether you're a CNA, STNA, HHA, DSP, or experienced caregiver, we'd love to meet you!

Requirements

• At Least 1 Year of Experience as an Aide with direct supervision of a Nurse, OR Completion of CNA, STNA, or MA program
• Willing to drive up to 25 miles for a client in need (will always try and keep you close to home!)
• Pass a BCI background check, abuse and neglect check, and drug screening
• Valid Driver's License with Reliable Transportation and Auto Insurance
• Some weekend availability is required

Responsibilities

• Personal hygiene
• Ambulation/Transfers
• Dressing/Shaving
• Meal prep, light housekeeping, transport to appointments or go on errands
