CNAs & HHAs Needed for ASAP Hiring
About The Position
RISE UP HOMECARE is a rapidly expanding caregiver agency seeking CNAs and HHAs. We need caregivers available for shifts ranging from 4/8/12 hours on Weekdays and Weekends. Some of our shifts are in the client's home, some in facilities. They range from companion shifts (monitoring the client’s condition, helping with meal prep, light housekeeping, etc.) to providing assistance with mobility and ADLs. We are different from other caregiving agencies in one very important way -- all of our office staff are caregivers. We know the caregiver drill, so we make every effort to find shifts matching your preferences. We believe that if our caregivers are happy, our clients are going to be happy.
Requirements
- Prior AHCA Level II Fingerprint background
- 1-3 years as a HHA/CNA
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with clients, their families, and our office staff
- Dependability in getting to shifts on time with no or few call outs.
- A valid Florida driver's license
- A vehicle always available with current registration and insurance.
