About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is a family-owned agency seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) to join our team. We are committed to supporting our caregivers with the training, resources, and flexibility they need to succeed. We offer a supportive and flexible work environment where caregivers can control their own schedules. Free HHA training and certification are included for those who need it. This role offers hourly pay ranging from $19 to $22 per hour, varying by experience and location.

Requirements

Your own vehicle and a valid driver's license
Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
A compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude
Good time management and organizational skills
A commitment to following health and safety guidelines

Nice To Haves

HHA or CNA certification preferred, but not required
Free HHA training and certification included

Responsibilities

Help clients with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and meals
Offer companionship and emotional support
Assist with light housekeeping to keep homes clean and safe
Run errands such as grocery shopping
Prepare meals, involving clients when possible
Provide medication reminders
Perform routine cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning, etc.)
Monitor and report any changes in client condition
Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies
