About The Position

They are hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) and emphasize that this is more than a job, it's a family. Requirements
- Your own vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- A compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude
- Good time management and organizational skills
- A commitment to following health and safety guidelines
Nice To Haves
- HHA or CNA certification (preferred, but not required)
Responsibilities
- Help clients with personal care tasks like hygiene, dressing, and meals
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping to keep homes clean and safe
- Run errands such as grocery shopping
- Prepare meals, involving clients when possible
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform routine cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning, etc.)
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition
- Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies
