About The Position

Physicians Choice Home Health is a worker-owned Home Health Agency serving the South Bay and Southeast LA. We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced operational leader to help us do it right, with a business mindset, a people-first culture, and a genuine stake in the outcome. This is a non-clinical, operations-focused role. Oversight of clinical practice and patient care stays with our designated clinical leadership team, so you can focus fully on building the business that supports them. As our Home Health Administrator, you'll manage business performance, market growth, and capacity planning for Physicians Choice Home Health. You'll plan, direct, and evaluate agency operations to ensure the services we provide are compliant, strategic, and built to last. You'll drive revenue through new client acquisition and market expansion and develop strategic hiring plans to keep field staffing models optimized as we grow. You'll partner closely with our international scheduling team and with clinical leadership to keep workflows and patient care consistent, and to lead our agency's sustainable expansion within our worker-owned cooperative structure.
