As a Home Health Administrator, you will serve as the operational and clinical leader for your assigned provider number(s), overseeing all aspects of branch performance—from patient care and regulatory compliance to team development, strategic growth, and financial success. You will have the autonomy to lead your business, the support of a national organization, and the opportunity to directly influence patient outcomes and employee engagement. As the Home Health Administrator, you will lead all aspects of branch operations, ensuring exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and team success. You will oversee daily operations under your assigned Medicare provider number (PTAN), manage staffing and budgets, drive quality and compliance initiatives, and foster a high-performing, engaged team. In this role, you will also partner with business development to support census growth and strategic expansion while maintaining strong relationships with executive leadership and branch teams. Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or other qualifying professional credential per state and federal requirements
  • Licensed physician, Registered Nurse, or bachelor's degree holder
  • Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health or a related healthcare setting
  • Strong understanding of Medicare regulations, state licensure standards, and home health Conditions of Participation
  • Proven leadership, financial, and operational management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise systems such as Homecare Homebase and Workday
