About The Position

Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Account Executive for the Brevard County, FL territory. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with an existing book of business who thrives on building relationships and driving census growth. Requirements

• Active book of business within the territory (REQUIRED)
• Ability to travel within the territory
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required)

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare sales experience (home health, SNF, DME, hospice, or clinical liaison) preferred
• Clinical background (RN, LPN, MSW, etc.) preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships within senior living communities
• Drive census growth by meeting/exceeding sales goals
• Identify resident care needs and coordinate appropriate services
• Act as a resident advocate to ensure smooth transitions to home care
• Manage the referral-to-admission process efficiently
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide education to residents, caregivers, and community partners
• Maintain consistent communication with executive leadership and referral sources
