About The Position

At INOVA Federal Credit Union, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and member-focused Home Equity & Mortgage Servicing Specialist to join our mortgage team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in ensuring smooth and accurate home equity closings while also supporting our members and team throughout the mortgage process. Responsibilities

• Prepare and process home equity closing documents to ensure accurate and timely closings
• Answer the mortgage phone line and assist members with questions or requests
• Process mortgage releases and related documentation
• Provide backup support for mortgage servicing functions when needed
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive member experience
• Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
