About The Position

The Home Delivery / Field Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that products reach customers efficiently and in excellent condition, directly impacting customer satisfaction and company reputation. This position involves managing the end-to-end delivery process, including loading, transporting, and unloading goods at customer locations. The specialist will also serve as the primary point of contact for customers during delivery, providing professional and courteous service while addressing any questions or concerns. Additionally, the role requires performing basic installation, setup, or demonstration of products when necessary, ensuring customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. Ultimately, this position contributes to the seamless operation of the supply chain and fosters positive customer relationships through reliable and attentive service.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely (up to 50 lbs).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
Available to work after hours and on-call

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in home delivery or field service.
Familiarity with handheld delivery and inventory management devices such as Apple devices.
Technical aptitude for product installation and troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport products to customer locations in a timely manner.
