About The Position

RH is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide financial and administrative support to our Home Delivery Center operations and Team Members. In this role, you will assist in the preparation and processing of financial documentation, manage sensitive information with accuracy and discretion, and utilize both daily and historical reports to maintain organization and timeliness.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience supporting leadership and teams in a luxury-focused environment; background in Finance or Accounting is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and Apple technology
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Responsibilities

  • Support in the preparation and processing of financial reporting and documents including expense reports
  • Generate and analyze financial reports for internal use
  • Assist with audits by gathering necessary records and documentation
  • Safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of internal operations and financial information, including the secure handling and communication of sensitive data
  • Collaborate with key Home Office partners, such as the People and Finance Teams and engage closely with the Home Delivery Senior Leadership team
  • Contribute to the design and develop effective and scalable reports and integrations
