About The Position

We are a proud woman-owned local cleaning company based in Fernandina Beach and Yulee, dedicated to delivering exceptional residential cleaning services with a focus on team spirit and client happiness. Owner Christina R. Guardiola truly values every client and team member, fostering a supportive environment where your contributions make a real difference. This part-time schedule (15-35 hours/week) offers flexibility to balance personal commitments like family appointments or events. Work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET, cleaning up to 2 homes per day (about 10 homes per week max).

Requirements

A genuine love for cleaning and the satisfaction of making someone's home feel peaceful and bright.
Enthusiasm for seeing the joy on clients' faces-whether it's a busy mom, professional, or elderly person-after a thorough service.
Reliable transportation (must have a vehicle) to travel to client homes in our service areas.
Positive attitude, with the ability to work independently or as part of a small team.
Availability Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and with strong physical stamina.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

Previous cleaning experience preferred, but training provided for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

Performing standard, deep, and move-in/out residential cleaning to create welcoming, spotless homes.
Dusting, sanitizing, scrubbing, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and surface cleaning with an eye for detail.
Handling additional tasks like interior appliance cleaning and inside window cleaning.
Upholding high standards of professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction, keep clients happy, and maintain our 5-star review reputation.
